As we work together to safety treat our patients we ask you to aid us with these following steps:
- Before entering the office for your appointment, phone at 847-292-2700 or text us at 847-499-1768 to confirm we are prepared for you.
- Please wear a mask into the office. If you do not have a mask we will supply one for your visit.
- Upon entry your forehead temperature and oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter will be taken. This is part of our COVID-19 screening procedures
- One of our team members will direct you into your cleaned, sterilized, and prepared operatory for you.
- Please place all of your belonging into the patient bin. If possible bring as few belongings into the office as you can.
- 30 second preprocedural mouth rinse prior to starting any treatment. Please use the 30 second timer and rinse with the peroxide rinse and then spit back into the cup.
- 30 second hand washing following WHO hand washing guidelines.
